Picture Matting Feature
Interwoven lines of blue and tan frame an oval against a background of burgundy, gold and green, framed by a blue and gold border. Clear static-cling vinyl matting that fits over picture frame glass, outside of frame, or between glass and picture, inside of frame. Can also be used directly over pictures on a window or mirror, without the need for a separate picture frame. Outside dimension is exactly the size you order. Mat image is 3/8" from the outside edge, allowing for full visibility under border edge of picture frame (usually 1/4"). Vinyl mat outside border is easy to cut up to 3/8" for optional fit within inside dimension of picture frame (if placed on outside of glass without disassembling picture frame). Static cling allows mat to easily attach to either side of glass without the need for any adhesive. Advanced UV protection insures mat will not discolor or damage glass or picture. Simple to remove, the vinyl can be reapplied without loss of static cling.
